To get or stay in optimal health the body craves variation. As much as J. Rouge loves the aerial arts we love our fitness floor classes as well. Modifications will be demonstrated for those who have certain limitations. These cardio and strength building movements help shape your body and tone all the major muscle groups. You may notice your core engaging in normal day to day activities after taking these classes for a duration of time. Engaging the core alleviates back pressure, and provides upright and proper posture which in turn helps with joints, pressure and pain throughout the body.

Rouge Fit will get you in your best toned shape. The key element we focus on is proper posture and alignment. When proper form is engaged results are felt and seen at a safer and quicker rate. The energy output is up to the individual but we will do low weights with high repetitions to give us a strong and toned result. All major muscle groups are engaged such as: Arms, glutes, legs, back and abdominals.
This class will feel like a party more than a workout! Dance Body is a high intensity dance fitness class with all different kinds of styled music. We will be moving, shaking, and singing away (optional) for the full class duration. No prior dance experience is needed- this is dance fitness, not formal dance. We hope you will connect to the music and take this time for yourself and let loose.
This fitness art focuses on posture, balance and flexibility. This is for all fitness levels and the main target area on the body is the core. If you are looking to tone and strengthen- this class is perfect for you!
Dress attire: Leggings, form fitted shirt, socks (preferably with grips on the bottom)
*If you own a thick Yoga/ Pilates mat we strongly suggest to bring it to class- we only provide thin mats.*
This is not a yoga class, this is a deep stretching class that opens shoulders, hips, hamstrings, quadriceps, and works on spinal flexibility. The stretches targeted will help you achieve those shapes in your aerial classes that need some extra attention. It's not everyday we do splits and backbends and this class will be a fantastic conditioning class for your aerial journey or even just working on personal flexibility goals.
Want to nurture and embrace your sensuality? Want to enhance those theatrical shapes and move with more of a burlesque style in the apparatuses? Showtime will help you find that energy within and teach you how to move with passion and love. You'll learn how to manipulate movement and work with your unique shape to produce sultry poses that can be used in your aerial flow. This class will be a combination of floor work and some routines may use chairs. Do not be intimidated, shameful or bashful! This class is for YOU! We hope that this will take self awareness to a new level and bring out a exotic style.
